S\u00e5 kanske \u00e4r det inte s\u00e5 konstigt att kognitiva tester verkat komma ut p\u00e5 topp.<\/p><p>Dessutom \u00e4r m\u00e5nga av studierna \u00e5rtionden gamla, och arbetsv\u00e4rlden har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats enormt. Och i den senaste teknikutvecklingsfasen har verktyg som Gen AI redan blivit en resurs som vita krage-arbetare \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden v\u00e4nder sig till.<\/p><p>Som ett resultat har gapet mellan vikten av traditionell kognitiv resonem\u00e5ng och tillg\u00e4ngligheten av dessa f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden minskat. Samtidigt har nya f\u00e4rdigheter kommit i f\u00f6rgrunden, s\u00e5som komplex t\u00e4nkande \u00f6ver flera dom\u00e4ner (snarare \u00e4n p\u00e5 ett linj\u00e4rt s\u00e4tt som i kognitiva tester), samt f\u00e4rdigheter inom samarbete, kreativitet, innovation och anpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga.<\/p><p>Dessa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar betyder att den antagna \u00f6verl\u00e4gsenheten hos kognitiv resonem\u00e5ng kanske inte l\u00e4ngre g\u00e4ller, och en ny granskning av metaanalytiska data visar faktiskt detta.
