What made you create Theo?
When did you realize you were on the right track?
We have been working with HR tech and testing for more than a decade. We have sold tests that one answers with paper and pencil and a carbon copy that shows results. We have developed screening tests and done lots of second opinions.
Björn also has an account on Netflix and (just like everyone else) Björn listens to music on Spotify and sometimes shops for clothes on Sellpy. We are extremely taken care of as consumers with really good tech. However, our industry within personality and career has not had the opportunity to use really good technology that we as consumers are otherwise used to. We have excellent research (research that was at least as good when we were selling tests on paper and pencil), and we have excellent best practice, but in HR-tech our industry has not been allowed to use the technology that we are all used to. Until now, now we're in a paradigm shift where software for B2B is almost as good as software for B2C, coupled with over a hundred years of research in testing - well, then we have a winning concept. We realized we were on the right track when our to-do lists shrank significantly thanks to Theo.
